Dianne Goette, Leadership Coach
MA, MBA, LGPC
I work at the intersection of psychotherapy and executive coaching, supporting professionals, leaders, entrepreneurs, and creatives from around the world in navigating the complex relationship between career success and personal well-being. Many of the challenges that emerge in work—leadership strain, burnout, imposter syndrome, conflict, transitions, or stagnation—are deeply connected to both visible and underlying emotional patterns.
As an executive and ontological coach, I help clients transform not only how they perform, but how they relate—to themselves, to others, and to their work. My coaching explores the interconnected domains of language, emotions, and somatic awareness to support lasting and meaningful change.
Working together, I can help you:
Cultivate an authentic, confident, and emotionally intelligent leadership style
Navigate high-stakes conversations and interpersonal challenges with clarity and presence
Strengthen executive presence, resilience, and self-trust
Successfully manage life transitions, career shifts, burnout, and identity changes
Improve communication and relational dynamic
Build healthier patterns in work, leadership, and personal relationships
Training and Experience
I am a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation, a Counselor certified by the Schweizerische Gesellschaft für Beratung (SGfB), and a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor in Washington, DC.
Before transitioning fully into coaching and psychotherapy, I held senior leadership roles in Talent Management and Organizational Development within multinational organizations, where I partnered with executives and global teams across diverse industries and cultures. Today, I coach C-suite and senior leaders around the world, helping them lead with greater authenticity, effectiveness, and emotional insight.
My academic background includes a master’s degree in Counseling from Webster University Geneva, an MBA from The University of Western Australia and a BS in Industrial Engineering from University of the Philippines. I have advanced clinical training in Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP) for trauma treatment and Relational Life Therapy for couples work.
Having lived and worked in Manila, Hong Kong, Jakarta, Lausanne, and now Washington, DC, I bring a deeply multicultural and globally informed perspective to my work. I understand the complexity of navigating leadership, identity, ambition, relationships, and belonging across cultures and life stages.
